Sara Altena

Sara represents corporates, shareholders and (supervisory) directors in corporate law disputes and (directors) liability cases. She litigates in complex corporate disputes, both in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, and before the civil court. Sara also advises and litigates in various commercial disputes.

  • Representation of officials appointed by the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
  • Representation of directors and majority shareholders in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber surrounding a corporate in the food industry.
