Rosanne van Dekken

Rosanne represents corporates, shareholders and (supervisory) directors in corporate law disputes and liability cases. She litigates both in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, and in corporate (governance) disputes before the civil court. Rosanne also advises and litigates in various commercial disputes and joint venture matters.

  • Representation of a (minority) shareholder in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal regarding an international telecom company.
  • Representation of a global payment service provider (including in preliminary relief proceedings) in a wide range of contractual disputes with its corporate clients.
  • Representation of the (directors of a) majority shareholder of an international transport company in a dispute with the company’s minority shareholders on liability after an asset transaction.
  • Representation of a logistics service provider in various disputes with its joint venture partner concerning their cooperation (agreements).

    Before joining Evers Soerjatin, Rosanne was a lawyer in the Litigation department of Allen & Overy (2013-2018). Also, she worked as Legal & Operations Manager at Adessium Foundation (2018-2019).
