Rosanne van Dekken
Rosanne van Dekken represents corporates, shareholders and directors in corporate law disputes and liability cases. She has a particular focus on directors' liability and corporate governance disputes, including before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. Rosanne also handles a wide range of commercial disputes and ESG issues. Rosanne is a member of the Nyenrode Supervisory Board Community and was a lecturer in the Nyenrode Supervisory Board Program 2024 on corporate governance & remuneration.

Rosanne previously was a lawyer at Allen & Overy (2013-2018). She was also legal counsel and secretary to the board of (public benefit organization) Adessium Foundation (2018-2019).
