Evers Soerjatin appoints
Rosanne van Dekken as Partner as of 1 January 2026

We are proud to announce that Rosanne van Dekken (38) will join the partnership of Evers Soerjatin as of 1 January 2026.

Rosanne began her career as an attorney in 2013 and has been with Evers Soerjatin since 2020. She has quickly become a driving force and a defining presence within our firm. Known for her sharp analysis, strategic insight, and ability to bring clarity and direction to complex situations, Rosanne is a significant reinforcement to our partnership.

Rosanne was previously a corporate litigator at Allen & Overy. With an academic background in both psychology and law, she combines legal expertise with a keen understanding of human dynamics in complex corporate disputes and governance matters. Through her role at the Adessium Foundation, Rosanne brings valuable experience from the public and societal sector, further strengthening our litigation practice in the ESG and semi-public domain. Rosanne also expands her knowledge and network as a lecturer and alumna of the Nyenrode Supervisory Board Program 2024.
