Michiel van Daal
Michiel van Daal represents companies and their shareholders, directors and supervisory board members in corporate law disputes. He acts on behalf of clients in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Court, shareholder and transaction disputes, liability proceedings and international jurisdiction issues. In addition, Michiel advises and litigates on a variety of commercial disputes. He is also an editor at the Dutch Journal of Corporate Law (Tijdschrift Rechtspraak Ondernemingsrecht) and regularly writes annotations on attachment and enforcement issues.

- Representation of Cancun Holding II in various proceedings against its shareholder and former directors.
- Representation of a supervisory board member of a publishing company against claims by a bankruptcy trustee regarding a reciprocal security arrangement and an application to set aside a fraudulent preference.
- Representation of a director and minority shareholder of a private equity fund in a dispute with fellow shareholders.
- Representation of the director of an international railway company directors' and officers' liability claims by the German national railway company for frustrating recovery.
