Lisa Linskens

Lisa represents (inter)national corporates, shareholders and (supervisory) directors in corporate law disputes and liability cases. She litigates in complex commercial and corporate disputes, such as post-M&A disputes, shareholder disputes and (director's) liability disputes. She does so both in the regular civil courts and in arbitration. Lisa also advises on governance issues and litigates in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeals. Alongside her work as a lawyer, Lisa teaches about corporate law disputes at the Professional Training of the Dutch Bar Association.

Examples of work

  • Advising and representation of officers appointed by the Enterprise Chamber, such as temporary directors in the semi-public sector.
  • Representation of various buyers and sellers in post-M&A disputes, including disputes with respect to earn-out disputes and indemnification and warranty claims.
  • Representation of parties in evidence seizure and disclosure proceedings.
  • Advising and representation of private equity funds in disputes with fellow shareholders or within a portfolio company.

    Lisa was a lawyer at Evers Soerjatin previously (2019-2022). She also previously worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals as Senior Legal Counsel (2022-2024) and at Wijn & Stael Lawyers in the corporate litigation practice (2017-2019).
