Julius represents clients in commercial and corporate law disputes, liability proceedings and inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.

Examples of work

  • Representation of manufacturers in contractual disputes with corporate customers about, amongst others, termination and exclusivity.
  • Representation of a private equity majority shareholder in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal in a dispute with a minority shareholder regarding provided rescue financing.
  • Representation of a property investment fund in a dispute about prospectus liability.
