  • Representation of Vietnamese entities that filed a claim for damages before the Amsterdam District Court against a renowned clothing brand due to wrongful termination of supply agreements.
  • Defense of a foreign entity in disputes regarding whether freezing of certificates held by the certificate holder also means that the voting rights of that certificate holder have been frozen.
