Diederick Storm

Diederick represents corporates, shareholders and (supervisory) directors in corporate law disputes and liability cases. He litigates in complex commercial and corporate disputes, such as post-M&A disputes and shareholder disputes. Diederick advises on governance issues and litigates in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal.
