Coco Kruse

Coco represents companies and their shareholders, directors and supervisory board members in corporate and commercial law disputes. Coco regularly acts on behalf of clients in inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber, and in complex commercial and corporate disputes, such as shareholder disputes, post-M&A disputes, liability proceedings and international jurisdiction issues. She also writes for the Dutch Journal of Corporate Law (Tijdschrift Rechtspraak Ondernemingsrecht).
